Processing Times
We work hard to get your order out as quickly as possible.

  • In-stock items ship within 3–7 business days
  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays)

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Presale & Backorder Items
Due to high demand, some of our pieces are offered on presale.

  • Presale items will clearly be marked in the product title/description
  • These items typically ship within ~3–4 weeks

We promise—they’re worth the wait.

Orders with Mixed Items (In-Stock + Presale)
If your order includes both in-stock and presale items:

  • In-stock items may ship first
  • Presale items will ship separately once they arrive

This allows you to start enjoying your pieces sooner.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on the carrier, but most U.S. orders arrive within 3–5 business days.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Because of our fast-moving inventory and order volume:

  • Orders cannot be modified or canceled once placed
  • If needed, you’re welcome to return items after delivery (see our Return Policy)

Delays
We’re a small team and occasionally experience high order volume during launches.

If there are any unexpected delays, we’ll always keep you updated via email.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at the time of purchase.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

If this happens, we recommend contacting the carrier directly.
