Terms of Service

By placing an order with The Everly Co., you agree to the following terms:

Orders & Availability
Due to high demand, some items may be marked as presale or backorder. Estimated ship times are provided in product listings and are typically around 3–5 weeks. We work hard to fulfill orders as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience as a small business.

Shipping
In-stock items typically ship within 5–7 business days. If your order includes both in-stock and presale items, items may ship separately.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it begins processing immediately. We are unable to modify or cancel orders after they are placed. If needed, items may be returned after delivery in accordance with our return policy.

Returns
We accept returns on unworn items with tags still attached and no signs of wear. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective. Please include your name and order number inside your return package.

Discount Codes
Only up to two discount codes may be used per order. Orders exceeding this limit may be canceled.

Promotions & Free Items
Promotional items (including free tank offers) are provided via code and must be redeemed separately at checkout. They are not automatically included in existing orders.

Liability
The Everly Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
